Mass Mentoring Partnership offers virtual and in person training to develop and build the capacity of high-quality youth mentoring programs. We provide research-based resources and nationally recognized practices to promote positive outcomes for youth. In our trainings we discuss and model the techniques, actions and thought processes that are key for mentors and staff to understand in the world of mentoring.

Mass Mentoring Partnership offers more than a dozen trainings on topics such as Training 101, Empowering Youth Adult Relationships, White Saviorism, Supporting Immigrant Youth, Parent, & Caregiver Engagement, and supporting LGBTQ+ Youth. Read more about our four part signature training program and how your organization can develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes to best empower youth-adult relationships in any setting.
