Relationship Centered Schools (RCS) supports schools to design structures, policies, partnerships and daily interactions with the goal of strengthening and fostering supportive relationships for students to ensure that all students:
- Feel a sense of belonging
- Experience a sense of connectedness
- Feel empowered to have their voice heard
- Are engaged in their school and in learning

The Goal The goal for school districts/schools is to develop and implement a relationship-centered strategy and action plan through a consultative process led by Mass Mentoring Partnership in collaboration with the school.

The Process The process has five steps that are evaluated along the process:
- Relationship Building
- Landscape Analysis
- Design Lab
- Action Plan
- Coaching and providing services/ connecting to additional service providers with diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging threaded in the framework
