Mentoring Night at Fenway Park
Mass Mentoring Partnership is proud to be a partner for over 30 years with the Boston Red Sox through Mentoring Night at Fenway Park! Mentoring Night at Fenway is MMP’s largest annual match activity, with 1,000 mentors and mentees from more than 60 youth-serving programs across the state in attendance. There is an on-field presence for mentors and mentees, including singing the National Anthem, throwing out the first pitch, WEEI interview, and an interview with MMP Board member and NESN sportscaster and anchor, Tom Caron!
1,000 mentors and mentees directly benefit from this gracious ticket donation. The remaining Fenway stadium, over 37,000 strong, will be exposed to mentoring, which is why it is important we make a strong showing and emotional connection during that night. We partner with NESN and WEEI before the game to promote the event. MMP engages our social media network of more than 16,000 subscribers to share updates about Mentoring Night, so don’t forget to tag @MassMentoring and use the hashtag #MMPMentoringNight !
