Shining a Light on the Power of Mentoring

In an effort to shine a light on the power of mentoring during National Mentoring Month, Mass Mentoring Partnership partners with the Celtics Shamrocks Foundation for Mentoring Night at the TD Garden. During a game in January we honor an inspiring mentor with the Hero Among Us award. We also do a 50/50 raffle where half of the proceeds benefit Mass Mentoring Partnership. Both staff and corporate volunteers help to sell tickets and share fun facts with game ticket holders about how to get involved with MMP.

We encourage our program partners to submit nominations of mentors who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their work. Nominations are due by noon before the end of January. This opportunity is only available to our QBM Members and is a benefit of being one of our Partner-Level Programs! The selected Hero Among Us recipient will be notified directly.
