Youth voice refers to the ideas, opinions, experiences, attitudes, knowledge, and actions of young people, yet adults often struggle to authentically incorporate youth voice into programming. This training provides participants with tools and techniques to integrate youth input at both programmatic and organizational levels. Discussion includes why we should value integrating youth voice into what we do, and sharing expertise in the room about practices across organizations.
