ABOUT THE RESEARCH/SPEAKER
Michael Garringer serves as the Senior Director of Research and Quality for MENTOR, overseeing original research projects, as well as those related to the translation of mentoring research into program practice. Garringer has worked in the mentoring and education fields for 25 years, leading training, product development, and evaluation projects that highlight the prevalence & impact of mentoring across the United States.
