Community care has been around for generations, understanding that the well-being of the individual is intrinsically tied to the well-being of others, the larger community. Going beyond self care, community care focuses on the connections, intentional actions, and efforts to mobilize individuals to support one another. During this MMP Connects event, we will learn what community care is, how we are already doing this, and deepen our understanding how to continue to do our work in our communities as we deepen our connections with each other through networking.
