Learn the ABC’s of Mentoring at Mass Mentoring Partnership’s Virtual Mentoring Institute!

2-Day VIRTUAL Workshop 

Wednesday, September 7, 10AM – 3PM AND Thursday, September 8, 10AM – 3PM 

This foundational two-day training will be offered this fall and is designed to provide all the necessary tools and information you need to create and sustain empowering youth-adult mentoring relationships.

This training was created with your busy schedule and unique program needs in mind. The Mentoring Institute builds upon MMP’s existing training curriculum, offering new staff at mentoring programs the opportunity to receive the quality training they need to hit the ground running and work effectively with mentors and other staff.

At this training, you will walk away with the ability to:

• Define youth mentoring and recognize the essential components of a quality mentoring program
• Apply the Elements of Effective Practice in your program practices 

This training is best for:

• New mentoring program staff and AmeriCorps members
• Seasoned staff that need a “refresher” in quality program practices

Participants will receive MMP’s Mentoring Institute Workbook filled with activities and tools to support empowering relationships at their program sites.
