November 19th 2024: Supporting Transition-Age Youth Impacted by Foster Care with Volunteer Mentors Join us in welcoming our Lunch & Learn guest presenter, Leah Harrigan who is the Assistant Director of Education and Training at Silver Lining Mentoring. This Lunch & Learn will focus on Massachusetts-specific guidance for mentoring programs based on Silver Lining Mentoring’s 23 years of practice expertise. Leah will share an overview of SLM’s community-based programming for transition-age young people, also sharing a free 43-page resource guide for mentoring programs created by SLM, “Understanding the Aging Out Process to Support Young People Impacted by Foster Care”.
