SUMMARY:Introduction to Cultural Responsiveness
DESCRIPTION:The ability to connect across cultures is key to supporting our work with youth and caregivers. This interactive training will help participants understand dimensions of identity and culture and the ways that prejudices and bias hamper opportunities for connection in mentoring relationships. This introductory training helps program staff explore personal dynamics of power and privilege and begin to develop strategies to increase our personal capacity to practice cultural responsiveness. \nREGISTER
