DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we present the important results of the 2022 Mass Mentoring Counts survey. Since its beginning in 2006\, this biennial survey has provided a snapshot of the state of structured mentoring programs in Massachusetts. This year’s study focuses on the impact that the COVID 19 pandemic has had on mentoring relationships in the Commonwealth\, and it provides a detailed look into how the pandemic has affected structured mentoring programs–their staff\, their mentors\, the young people they serve\, and their financial security.\n\n\nHere’s a preview of what to expect:\n\n\n\n\nJill Capitani\, Research Manager from the UMass Donahue Institute\, will present the results of the Mass Mentoring Counts Survey.\nA panel of local experts will offer their perspective on the data and how it should inform efforts to support programs as they adjust to new ways of mentoring and strengthening relationships in the wake of the pandemic.\nThere will be an opportunity to ask questions about the data and findings.\nWe will be holding a follow up NETWORKING SESSION on Wednesday\, June 29\, from 10:00 am – 11:30 am to provide time to dive a bit deeper into the data and share thoughts and observations.
