DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this training is to demystify the process by which state government functions and to encourage civic participation by programs and their participants. MMP’s Advocacy Training supports individuals to develop their personal policy and advocacy skills to become more civically engaged citizens and effective advocates for the issues they care about. The training is a free skill and professional development opportunity that is open to anyone interested in attending.
