DESCRIPTION:Join us for a two day special event: one day in person in Western MA\, and one virtual day for targeted technical support based on your learning! At Bagels and Best Practices Day 2\, staff will receive coaching to support their efforts to implement the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring (TM)\, including the following topics: \n– Foundational Program Design of Quality Mentoring Programs \n– Recruitment\, Screening\, and Enrolling Program Participants \n– Training Participants and Establishing Mentoring Relationships (Matching) \n– Ongoing Support\, Planning for Program Celebration and Exit \nParticipants are encouraged to bring topics\, and even documents\, that you may need support with based on your understanding of the EEPM. Participation at Day 1 in-person on January 13th not required\, but suggested! \n  \nREGISTER
