DESCRIPTION:Join us for a two day special event: one day in person in Western MA\, and one virtual day for targeted technical support based on your learning! \nAt Bagels and Best Practices Day 1\, staff will learn how high quality programs plan and implement the Elements of Effective Practice for Mentoring (TM)\, including the following topics: \n– Foundational Program Design of Quality Mentoring Programs \n– Recruitment\, Screening\, and Enrolling Program Participants \n– Training Participants and Establishing Mentoring Relationships (Matching) \n– Ongoing Support\, Planning for Program Celebration and Exit \nOn January 28th\, join us virtually for discussion and coaching on any element you may need support with based on what you learned on 1/13. Participants are encouraged to bring topics\, and even documents\, that you need support with based on your understanding of the EEPM.
