SUMMARY:Mentoring Mindset For Beginner Mentors
DESCRIPTION:This training will introduce mentors to the framework of the “Mentoring Mindset.” Intended for those who are just starting out on their mentoring relationship journey\, or any mentor who is curious\, each participant will leave with knowledge of the four core components of Mentoring Mindset and how they influence our role as mentors. We will also explore how these core components can be shared with our mentees and partners to create shared understanding of our work. The goal for the Mentoring Mindset framework is to shift the way that mentoring relationships are created\, sustained\, and leveraged to deepen the shared responsibility of realizing each person’s full potential and their capacity to influence their communities. \n  \nREGISTER
