Youth voice refers to the ideas, opinions, experiences, attitudes, knowledge, and actions of young people. The 4th Edition of the Elements of Effective Practice recommends to “honor youth and family voice in designing and delivering services,” yet programs struggle to authentically incorporate youth voice into programming. This full day training provides participants with tools and techniques to integrate youth input at both programmatic and organizational levels. Participants will receive MMP’s Youth Voice Workbook, which includes tools and templates to support skill building.
