This interactive half-day training prepares staff at mentoring and youth serving organizations to enhance programming to better serve youth with disabilities. The training sheds light on the experiences of youth with disabilities, as well as the unique ability of empowering relationships to support this group of young people. Participants will increase their knowledge of the needs of youth with disabilities and learn strategies to create programming that is responsive and inclusive.
